Benefits: reduces stress, calms anxiety, gets you closer to yourself.. mentally/physically, brings in revelations/downloads, ground you to the universe, & more.
Why is it that the simple task of just breathing can be a difficult journey for us? To get woo woo..
breath/movment/touch can be difficult due to our chakras being blocked. Our physically body stores trauma & it’s our duty to unblock those to be aligned with the version we’d like to be.
Most people are so deep into their vices & distractions that there’s a huge increase of disconnect in most.
-constant phone/tech usage
-codependencies : food, p0rn, alc0h0l/dr00gs
-short breaths
-no personal time to decompress
-no personal check ins
I mean I can go on.
We live in a society where dissociation is a norm. People are living in an adjusted repetitive cycle that leaves them feeling empty.
I’m here to reassure you, you can balance your life into something greater.
Breath is a beautiful way to bring love back to yourself.. remind yourself that you are here & you are an energetic force.
A self healing journey isn’t all flowers & daisies. It’s an uncomfortable feeling…
Healing takes a lot of un conditioning & purging,
There can be tears, confusion, grief, resentment, release, etc.
As there can be: joy, hope, faith, & reassurance, etc.
